What happens after your audit purchase?
Your payment and your finished PDF are two separate steps. AIR verifies the Stripe payment, prepares the applicable report, reviews the evidence and emails the finished PDF to your checkout email.
From payment to your PDF
1. Check your Stripe receipt
After checkout, keep the Stripe confirmation. Use the same email address for the report. If payment was incomplete, no order should be treated as paid.
2. AIR processes your order
We match the completed payment to the product and business details. If required details are missing or unclear, fulfilment is paused for review rather than sending an inaccurate report.
3. We review the evidence
AI observations are checked for completeness and consistency. The A$29 Snapshot has 20 provider-question observations; the A$249 Pro Audit has 80.
4. Receive the finished PDF by email
When the report passes review, AIR sends it to the email used at Stripe checkout. Delivery is not instant, and placement in AI recommendations is never guaranteed.

Check your inbox and spam folder. If the email is missing, contact AIR support with your business name, checkout email, purchased product and approximate payment time. Do not send card numbers or security codes.
